3: Normal service on September 20, 2021 (Monday) --MC company's international express pick-up and delivery, air, sea and customer service hotline services are normal.

4: September 21, 2021 (Tuesday) Normal service --MC company's international express pick-up and delivery, air, sea and customer service hotline services are normal.
